|If you are not satisfied with your item, a refund or store credit will be issued for approved returns. Please immediately inspect your items once you receive them. Check the invoice against the item tag to make sure you received the item that you ordered. We can only accept returns for wrong or defective items that are postmarked and sent back within 7 days from the order delivery date. All items must also meet the Returns & Exchange Guidelines stated below.
||1. Defective/Wrong Items Sent
In the rare case that you receive the wrong item, we may can simply replace the item if we are notified and the items are postmarked within 7 days of the order delivery date. Once you receive the replacement items, they are subject to the same return/exchange guidelines below. Items that are deemed Non-Defective may require return postage if you want the items back. Please contact us if you have received the wrong or defective item.
|2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of some products, some items are non-returnable. These items are: Undergarments, panties, corsets, gift cards, gift codes, sales items, clearance items, and any item marked as non-returnable.
|3. Exchanges & Refunds
We will accept exchanges and refunds within 7 days of the item delivery date. Be sure to review the Returns & Exchange Guidelines to see if you are eligible for a return.
Please read through the guidelines to see if your item is eligible for a return before sending your item back. If you are unsure, please contact us. Unapproved returns are subject to a postage fee to get the item back to you.
A store credit or refund will be issued on approved items returned and postmarked within 7 days of the order delivery date. Items must also fulfill these guidelines for an approved return:
- The item is not classified as non-returnable such as: Undergarments, panties, corsets, gift cards, gift codes, sales items, clearance items, and any item marked as non-returnable.
- The item is in new condition and don't show any signs of wear, being soiled, washed, or altered.
- The items does not have any signs of odor, fragrance, or cigarette smoke.
- The item has original unmarked tags attached with packaging.
- Customer understands that approved returns will be issued a refund or store credit in the amount of the original purchase price less any shipping costs.
- Include a print out of the receipt or invoice and include the Reason for Return. You can find your receipt by logging into your account and going to your order history.
- We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. Please use a trackable shipping method.
